What is Vale Tudo? Vale Tudo means "Anything Goes," a style of fighting competition developed by the Gracie Family that allows full-contact, no-holds-barred techniques, with virtually no rules. This blood sport was introduced for the first time to the U.S. in 1993, in an event called the Ultimate Fighting Championships. Brazilian Jiu-jitsu Spokane offers Vale Tudo training as part of it's standard curriculum. |
