My son Jacob has been taking kung fu lessons from my husband (sam)on and off for the past year.He heard about your school and is excited to join.Martial Arts is a great sport to learn discipline and respect.Hats off to the instructors!

My son is a student at the Lions Den tomorrow will be his first BJJ competition. He is so excited, it is really nice to see him excited about something so positive, it has been a long time. Thank you Derek and all other MMA instructors in the INW - you truly make differences in kids's lives!

My son is very interested in BJJ/MMA. He has recently turned 18 but is rather shy and leary of people in general. (which is why i'm writing) Is it okay to stop by and observe others train so he can see if it's right for him to possibly join ?
